Are free laptop companies a scam? Do Super Free Laptops exist? The sure fire answer is that they do, and it’s not always a scam. That said, you have to know where to look and sometimes “free” isn’t truly free after all. This article will help to take a look at various programs out there and how you can get a free laptop yourself without going through a ton of trouble.

“Free Laptop Companies” Explained

First, let’s take a moment to explain how companies are able to give away free laptops. The laptops themselves aren’t ever free – most of the time they are just given to you either for free or in exchange for some of your time. See, websites partner up with certain sponsors. By getting visitors to interact with their sponsors, websites get paid advertising and sales commissions. They take that money and purchase laptops and other gifts to be paid out to their members. When all is said and done, the sponsor gets a sales lead; the website gets sales/affiliate commission, and the website visitors get a free laptop or other gift if they have followed through with all the necessary steps (usually it’s to get referrals).

It can be addicting to try out all of these kinds of websites in the hopes of finding one that has a better offer and less things to go to qualify for the gift. But be careful of websites that seem like they haven’t been updated in awhile, or seem too good to be true. If you see a website that offers gifts that are plain old – old generation ipods, old laptops, TVs that have been around for a few years – this probably tells you that nobody is “home” on the other end of things, and either their sponsors have gone away or their website activity is so low that they can’t afford to update their products to newer things. You don’t want this. By seeking out a website that is fresh, updated, and “lively” you can know that things are in motion and your efforts won’t go wasted.

Searching for the company can yield some results as well. You should be able to read reviews and experiences from members who have been through the steps to getting a super free laptop as well. Check to see that the information is recent, too. If someone recently had an experience with a free laptop company – good or bad – then you could be sure that it may happen again.

There are also forums out there where users can discuss free things. It could be a good idea to sign up on one of these sites and talk with members about their experiences with free laptops sites, or other websites that have gifts available. Share your thoughts and ideas and you should get some great feedback.
