Sony Vaio
Just released this year, the Sony Vaio E Series hot pink laptop notebook comes in hot pink, and starts at only $799. It comes with a powerful 2.13 ghz processor and 4gb of RAM – and that is plenty for viewing videos, using a webcam, taking and viewing high quality photos, and listening to music. This hot pink Vaio’s 500GB hard drive is huge so that you’ll honestly never run out of space. Most people never fill up a 320GB so 500 is plenty. The Vaio also comes with things like a dvd burner, HDMI for connecting to an HDTV monitor, a webcam, bluetooth technology, built-in wireless N (the fastest today), and Windows 7 Premium.
Sony has a reputation for making some of the best looking laptops out there and you can be confident that your sense of style will show with a hot pink Vaio. If you want to settle for a “regular” pink notebook, Sony has pink laptops available as well. The W series, CW Series come in pink. They also make a “brilliant pink” CW which is a little more expensive since it’s a limited edition laptop. This one is similar to the pink one except it has floral patterns on the cover.
Sony Vaio also used to make a Limited Edition P hot pink laptop, but at last check it was no longer available. This laptop is expensive, but limited edition. It could be a good idea to check the sony site in the future to see if they release or make more.
Dell
Dell has some options available for getting a hot pink laptop. First, they offer a design studio on their website where you can purchase a cover for your Studio laptop. The studio laptops range anywhere from $500 to over $1000 depending on the power, speed, and graphics you decide to get. The way the Studio laptops work is you pick out a cover – they have various pink ones; some are closer to hot pink and others are “regular” pink. Most of them are not solid colors, so know that in advance. After you pick out your cover you can move to picking your features and options in your laptop.
Dell also has the popular Inspiron models, which typically cost anywhere from $500 to $700. They did not appear to have a hot pink laptop, but did have standard pink laptops with the Inspiron name.
Asus
One of the most popular hot pink laptops out there today is the 10″ Asus Eee PC 1008P. This model is the Seashell Karim Rashid Collection. It comes with a beautiful hot pink cover, with a “digi-wave” design by Karim Rashid. The laptop measures just 1 inch thick and weighs 2.4 lbs, which is borderline typical to lightweight for a laptop now. The hot pink Asus Eee PC comes with Genuine Windows 7 (you can choose which version), 2GB RAM, wireless, a memory card reader, and a 250GB hard drive. Bluetooth is optional and you can most definitely add things like more ram, more hard drive space but that costs a bit more.
Hot Pink MacBook?
Unfortunately, Apple does not sell a hot pink MacBook, but there are ways you can turn it pink. Some companies sell stick on or fit-on pink covers and the MacBook may be be a model that they support. The MacBooks are changed and refreshed frequently so be sure you find a cover that will fit your MacBook model.
